This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.6 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of total credit for ethics, professionalism, and professional responsibility (BCLE Reg. 302:1).

This program has been approved for 3.0 substantive hours towards Pennsylvania CLE credit, based on a sixty minute hour. Of this total, 2.0 hours are designated as ethics.
