Wednesday, January 22, 2020- Young Lawyers, Judges and Law Clerks Reception

Thank you to all who attended the Young Lawyers, Judges and Law Clerks Reception on January 22, 2020 to welcome the 2019 – 2020 Law Clerks.

Sold Out: The AFBNJ’s First Young Lawyer’s Event

WOODBRIDGE — A diverse, sellout crowd of more than 100 junior attorneys attended the first of what promises to become regularly scheduled AFBNJ events, our inaugural Young Lawyers’ Networking & Cocktail Reception.

The April 2015 networking event met its goal of increasing junior attorneys’ participation in the Association and providing an opportunity for young lawyers to network with federal judges in our District.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer, who sits in Newark, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Schneider, who sits in Camden, met a diverse group of young attorneys at the Woodbridge Renaissance Hotel event.

Associates from large and small law firms, government attorneys, and law clerks from all over the state joined the event designed for attorneys who have been practicing for less than 10 years or who are younger than 36 years of age. Be sure to keep an eye out for the next AFBNJ Young Lawyers Event.
